My last sandwich was a week before the Monarch closed and I haven't been back since you've opened at the new location. Two questions: 1. Your patio: There're garbage and recycling bins on it as of today. When will it open and will it be licensed? 2. I'm heading into Montreal next weekend for the High Holidays and I'd like to bring my inlaws a care package of smoked meat- since they don't have the good stuff in Montreal, poor guys.
