It sounds pretty darn pretentious, I know, but please keep in mind it was written tongue-in-cheek privately to David Sax, our now New York based Deli expert, as a take off on a "real" food review in a newspaper. My short hand review: delicious! I am in Halifax as I write this but can't wait to come home and take my father and brother to Caplansky's for another nosh.
